Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 4:58 a.m. Friday, Jan. 19, 200 block North Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Joshua E. Brooks reported the theft of a vehicle. Value: $1,500.

Fulton County

Officers with the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following incidents:

• 8:36 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, 700 block Maplewood Lane, Rochester. A caller wanted an incident report made because they fell in the road while dropping off a friend. They did not want to speak to an officer, just a report only. They stated they hurt their back.
• 7:53 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, 300 block East Aurora Street, Kewanna. A caller reported someone is burning trash and it smells bad. The caller requested an officer speak with the people burning it. An officer checked the area and reported a very faint smell but he was unable to locate any one burning.
• 11:41 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, CR 1000W, Kewanna. Officials with NIPSCO reported the theft of all their equipment and tools at the substation.
• 9:06 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 18, 1600 block Jefferson Street, Rochester. A man came to the sheriff’s office to report a phone scam. He stated there was no sensitive information given out.
