Paula Dene Clark, 79, Warsaw, formerly of Ventura, Calif., died at 1:40 p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, at Warsaw Meadows Care Center.

She was born Sept. 25, 1944. She was formerly married to James “Jim” Clark, who died in 2020.

She is survived by two daughters, Tawna (Denny) Clark Plank, Rochester, and Stephanie (Tom) Clark Archer, Syracuse; two grandsons; one granddaughter; and two sisters, Darla, New Jersey, and Carol, Idaho.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Warsaw, is handling arrangements.
