Two Arrested After Traffic Stop, Drugs, Gun And Cash Seized

MARSHALL COUNTY — A traffic stop in the area of US 31 and 11th Road in Marshall County resulted in the arrest of two individuals and seizure of a large amount of suspected marijuana, money and a handgun.
James Pace, 41, and Shyterrious Dady, 24, both of Indianapolis, have initially been charged with dealing in marijuana, more than 10 pounds; and possession of marijuana. Their bond is $1,505 each.
At approximately 12:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, a Marshall County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Officer with K-9 Officer Diesel conducted a traffic stop. Pace was identified as the driver and the passenger/registered owner of the vehicle was identified as Dady.
During the traffic stop, nearly 150 pounds of suspected marijuana, $6,150 in cash and a loaded handgun were located and seized by officers. Pace and Dady were taken to the Marshall County Jail.
