Lowell C. Hisey, 90, Rochester, died at 5:06 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, 2024, at Parkview Regional, Fort Wayne.

He was born Dec. 24, 1933. On April 27, 1960, he married Shirley A. Redman, who survives.

He also is survived by a daughter, Debra (Jay) Baumgartner, Warsaw; son, Mark (Kathy) Hisey, Fort Wayne; five grandchildren; three  great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
