Wildwood Trail, Warsaw, is charged with operating a vehicle with an alcohol concentration equivalent to 0.15 or more, a class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator and operating a vehicle while intoxicated – enhancement, both level 6 felonies.
On Dec. 22, 2023, an Indiana Conservation officer responded to a two-vehicle accident on SR 15, near CR 300S in Warsaw. Upon arrival, the officer saw Baber exhibiting signs of intoxication and also noticed alcohol inside Baber’s vehicle.

The second driver involved in the accident said Baber drove left of center.
Baber’s driving privileges are suspended as a habitual traffic violator, with a 10-year administrative suspension in effect until October 2032.
Baber was previously convicted of OWI in Kosciusko County in August 2022.
