ELKHART — A New Paris man was recently arrested for allegedly molesting two children over 15 years ago.
Aaron Cable, 50, 23128 CR 44, New Paris, is charged with four counts of child molesting, all Class A felonies; and child molesting, a Class C felony.
On Oct. 1, 2022, the Indiana Department of Child Services received a sexual abuse report. The victim, now an adult, reported being sexually abused in Elkhart County by Cable when they were a child. The adult was interviewed by law enforcement on Oct. 4, 2022.
According to court documents, the person said Cable’s abuse first began when they resided in Pennsylvania and that it continued when they moved to Elkhart County.
