Lee Ora Eberly, 94, South Whitley, died at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024, at Stillwater Hospice, Fort Wayne.

He was born Jan. 22, 1929. On Aug. 15, 1948, he married Glee I. Penrod, who preceded him in death in 2010.

He is survived by his children, Daryl D. (Carolyn) Eberly and Carol L. Eberly, both of South Whitley, Laurell E. (Thomas) Schroeder, Columbia City, and Jeryl J. (Tammy) Eberly and Terry Eberly, both of South Whitley; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
