Shirley Kay Moyer, 88, New Paris, died at 11:41 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023, at Warsaw Meadows.

She was born Aug. 27, 1935. On May 31, 1956, she married Phillip David Moyer, who preceded her in death in 2018.

She is survived by a daughter, Beth (Stuart) Smith, Warsaw; son, Jon (Chell Maloyed) Moyer, Greencastle; two grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
