MILFORD — Time is running out! Camp Alexander Mack’s school Winter Break Day Camp for kindergarten through fifth grade students from January 2-5 will close registration on Friday, Dec. 22.

This exciting opportunity coincides with winter breaks for local public and private schools. The day camp provides a wide variety of high-quality seasonal activities.

Each day will be filled with regular indoor and outdoor camp fun like crafts, recreation and games, free play, making friends and learning from nature. Sack lunches and snacks are provided daily.

The regular camp runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. At a reasonable additional cost, parents can extend the day to fit into family schedules.

Early drop-off is available beginning at 6:30 a.m., and late pickup extends to 5:30 p.m. Registration for the winter day camp ends Friday, Dec. 22. The cost for four days is $120.

Financial assistance is available to students who receive free or reduced lunch assistance at school. Up to two-thirds of day camp tuition may be offered to qualified campers.

“We are excited to reach out into our community to provide camp programs to new campers,” said Hunter Jackson, outdoor education director. “Our number one priority is to provide help to parents and fun in the wintertime to campers.”

Camp Mack is a year-round camp and conference center located in Milford. The camp has served local and regional campers and guests since 1925.

Registration for the Spring Break Day Camp, April 1-5, will open Friday, Jan. 5.
