Connie S. (Lowe) Harlan, 65, Chalmers, formerly of North Manchester, died Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, at Franciscan Health Lafayette East, Lafayette.

She was born Sept. 21, 1958. On Dec. 28, 1998, she married Donald E. Harlan, who preceded her in death in 2022.

She is survived by her brother, Aaron Lowe, Knox; sisters, Denise (Mike) Janiczak, Elizabethtown, Tenn., Faith (David) Willoughby, Monticello, and Elaine Lowe Cameron, N.C.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
