Pamela K. Tinsley, 65, Fort Wayne, passed away at 10:22 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on Sept. 28, 1958.

Survivors include her children, Barnaby M. “Mike” (Shelly) Tinsley, Bluffton, and Michelle R. (Shaun “Tim” Kruse) Burgo, Fort Wayne; siblings Paulette (Gair) Dunham, Columbia City, Patricia (Oakley) Uhl, Albion, Priscilla Christine Wylie, Avilla, and Nolan (Deana) Wolfe, Fort Wayne; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
