Companies, churches and businesses sponsoring trees with their employees and members include: Warsaw Community Public Library, Warsaw Kiwanis Club, First United Methodist Church, Medtronic, Alderfer Bergen & Co., Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Kosciusko REMC, McDonald and Blakely Family, Trinity United Methodist Church, Leader’s Staffing, Lutheran Health Heart Care, Dental Solutions, DePuy Synthes, Redeemer Lutheran Church, Celebration United Methodist Church, Zimmer-Biomet (PMI and sports med departments), Paragon Medical and Warsaw Elks Lodge.
This is the 35th year for the Angel Tree program in Kosciusko County, with The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary providing support and volunteers for the program. Names are cleared with other agencies to avoid duplication, according to Salvation Army Envoy Sina Locke, administrator.
It is anticipated that 200 or more families will be given Christmas assistance through Angel Tree.
