Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:
- 6:51 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, West Bowser Road, east of South Huntington Street, Syracuse. Driver: Debra L. Griggs, 52, North Elwood Avenue, Syracuse. Griggs’ vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $2,500.
Warsaw
Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:
- 8:23 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North Union Street, near North Lake Street, Warsaw. Driver: Jesus A. Nunez, 18, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Nunez’s vehicle left the roadway, hitting a curb, no parking sign, and fence. Damage up to $10,000.
- 5:54 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, SR 15, north of Canal Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Charles D. James Cason, 39, South Wood Street, Warsaw; and Candace L. Diaz, 45, Tippecanoe Drive A2, Warsaw. James Cason was attempting to change lanes of travel when he sideswiped Diaz’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.
- 5:44 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North CR 175E, north of East CR 75N, Warsaw. Driver: Jennifer L. Johnson, 30, Hitzfield Street B., Huntington. Johnson’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole. Johnson was in and out of consciousness and was taken to a local hospital for further evaluation. She also sustained an abrasion to her shoulder and upper arm area. Damage up to $50,000.
- 5:07 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, US 30, east of East Old Road 30, Warsaw. Drivers: Jennifer K. Anderson, 50, South Maple Grove Lane, Warsaw; and Jennifer L. McKinney, 50, South CR 950W, Mentone. Anderson’s vehicle rear-ended McKinney’s. Damage up to $2,500.
- 5:06 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, North Buffalo Street, north of East Main Street, Warsaw. Driver: unknown. A vehicle owned by Karen S. Wright, Warsaw, was parked and unoccupied when it sustained damage from an unknown driver. Damage up to $10,000.
- 11:18 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, Provident Drive, south of Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Donald A. Wilczak, 68, North Harrison Street, Warsaw; and Lisa A. Fulton, 61, Little Eagle Drive, Warsaw. Wilczak’s vehicle rear-ended Fulton’s. Damage up to $5,000.
