Two Children Test Positive For Meth, Three Arrested In Marshall County

PLYMOUTH — An investigation led the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office to make three arrests and take custody of two children after drug tests revealed methamphetamine in the children’s systems.
Around 1:30 a.m. Nov. 16, K-9 Officer Diesel and deputies with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of officers from the Plymouth Police Department, conducted an investigation and executed a search warrant at the Economy Inn in Plymouth.
During the investigation a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and legend drugs were located at the Economy Inn in Plymouth. Indiana Department of Child Services Agents were contacted, arrived on scene, and took custody of a 12-year-old child and eight-month-old child. The children tested positive for methamphetamine and were taken to a local hospital for various medical conditions.
Upon conclusion of the investigation, Gary Parks, 39; Ashley Felix, 31; and Albert Graham Sr., 59, all of Plymouth, were taken into custody.
Parks was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, possession of marijuana, and legend drug possession, all level 6 felonies; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Felix was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; maintaining a common nuisance, neglect of a dependent, and legend drug possession, all level 6 felonies; possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, a class C misdemeanor.
Graham was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked for dealing methamphetamine, a level 2 felony; possession of methamphetamine, a level 3 felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, a level 6 felony.
Each of their bonds are set at $100,000.
