Then, Erica Elliott will help attendees craft a pumpkin fairy home at her program from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in the downstairs meeting room. Like the Craft and Sip, there are limited supplies for this program, so registration is required. Visit https://tinyurl.com/SPLPumpkinCraft to register digitally or visit the library.
Develop A Resume
SPL’s November tech class will focus on resume creation at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, in the downstairs meeting room. Bring your laptops or devices so you can learn how to create a resume.
Geocaching International Film Festival
Syracuse Public Library will once again host the Geocaching International Film Festival showing at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 16, in the library’s downstairs meeting room.
The celebration will kick off with a brief social period of about five to 10 minutes as everyone comes in. SPL will begin showing this year’s GIFF entries from across the globe at 5:10 p.m., so try not to arrive late.
Attendees can use the available ballots to leave notes before voting on their three favorite films. The library will provide light refreshments. Visit the Geocaching.com listing at https://coord.info/GCAF13R to log the event.
