Edward T. Mullendore, 60, Columbia City, died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023.

He was born Jan. 13, 1963.

He is survived by his mother, Maxine (Teusch) Lott; siblings, Cheryl L. (Lynn) Stanley, Rick Mullendore and Linda (Ronnie) Kidd; fiancée, Jules K. Brown; brother-in-law, Ron Jones; and multiple nieces and nephews.
