WARSAW — Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Health and Human Science educator Shannon Shepherd will be presenting “Avoid Holiday Burnout” on Wednesday, Nov. 15.

The program will take place from noon to 1 p.m. in the Home and Family Arts Building at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds, 1400 E. Smith St., Warsaw.

The holidays bring pressure and obligations and there are individuals who don’t handle either of those well, thus sending them into bouts of anxiety or depression. This program will give tips and tricks on how to prioritize self-care and overall a healthy well-being.
