Vicki S. Howard, 77, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.

She was born Aug. 26, 1946. On Jan. 21, 1967, she married Junior Howard, who preceded her in death in 2020.

She is survived by her son, Charles (Samantha) Howard, Silver Lake; her daughter, Holly (David) Ousley, of Warsaw; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and siblings, Dale Bolinger and Melodie Thomas.
