Two Car Accident In Syracuse

SYRACUSE —A two car accident occurred approximately at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25 in Syracuse.
Katherine Moran, 32, told police on the scene that she was headed west on East Wood Street and stopped at the intersection of North Indiana Avenue. She stated she looked both ways but did not see Zachery Miller’s, 22, vehicle approaching. Moran’s vehicle pulled out and was unable to avoid colliding with Miller’s vehicle.
Miller stated he was driving south on North Indiana Avenue when he observed Moran’s vehicle stopped at the intersection of East Wood Street. He stated that Moran’s vehicle struck the side of his vehicle.
The accident occurred at the North Indiana Avenue, west of East Wood Street.
The Moran’s black Subaru Outback sustained substantial front bumper damage and Miller’s septic truck sustained moderate damage to the front driver side.
Moran complained of right arm pain on the scene but declined transportation to the hospital.
Syracuse Police Department, Turkey Creek Fire Department, and Turkey Creek EMS responded to the scene.
Damage of the accident is up to $10,000.
