WARSAW — Main Street Warsaw, in partnership with the city of Warsaw and Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club among others, will be hosting Downtown Warsaw Spooktacular 2023 this Friday, Oct. 27.

Many local companies will be downtown handing out candy for trick-or-treating from 6-7:30 p.m. Secret judges will be selecting winners to receive prizes for the costume contest. No registration is required for the contest.
