MENTONE — Purdue Extension Kosciusko County Health and Human Science educator Shannon Shepherd will be presenting “Cooking Under Pressure” Thursday, Nov. 9.

The program will take place from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Bell Memorial Library, 101 W. Main St., Mentone.

Are you considering the purchase of an electric programmable pressure cooker? Or do you have an electric programmable pressure cooker, but you aren’t sure how to use it? “Cooking Under Pressure” will teach you about the features and benefits, how to safely use the appliance, and you’ll also obtain some great recipes.
