Indiana Schools Sweep WalletHub’s “Best Colleges & Universities”

INDIANA — WalletHub has released their annual ranking of the top colleges and universities across the United States.
To rank the colleges and universities, researchers considered 30 different key metrics across 7 main categories, including student selectivity, cost and financing, and career outcomes.
Three Indiana universities ranked in the top 100. The University of Notre Dame is Indiana’s highest-ranked school at spot number 30, followed by DePauw University at 94 and Purdue University West Lafayette at 99.
The remaining Hoosier colleges and universities on the list are:
- 120. Wabash College
- 156. Earlham College
- 175. Hanover College
- 217. University of Evansville
- 240. Butler University
- 254. Ball State University
- 283. Anderson University
- 288. Indiana University Bloomington
- 315. St. Mary’s College
- 321. Goshen College
- 356. Huntington University
- 399. Oakland City University
- 458. Indiana Wesleyan University
The top five spots were Yale University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Princeton University, California Institute of Technology and Harvard University.
