No. 1 Neapolitan-Style Pizza In Indiana? Look To Evansville

EVANSVILLE — Pangea Kitchen in Evansville was named maker of the No. 1 Neapolitan-style pizza and No. 2 Detroit-style pizza in Indiana by the Washington Post late this summer.
Evansville Living magazine, which published a piece on the southern Indiana restaurant last May, noted in a Facebook post that the honor “comes as no surprise” to diners from Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky who eat up Pangea’s global cuisine.
“Thanks Evansville Living, and thank you to our loyal customers for making this possible!” Pangea Kitchen posted on its Facebook page Sept. 13.
