SOUTH WHITLEY — Treyson Bradley, a senior at Whitko Junior Senior High school, works at B.E. Computers in Columbia City.
Treyson completed his cybersecurity pathway at Whitko Career Academy and is appreciative of the mentorship from Steve Beck, owner of B.E. Computers. Treyson currently does the preliminary computer inspections to troubleshoot computer issues. After graduation, he hopes to attend a technical school and continue working at B.E. Computers.
“I anticipate gaining knowledge attending college, but the knowledge I’m gaining now while working in the industry is invaluable,” Treyson said. “I love the many different types of problems I encounter. Solving them is like a game to me.”
The Work Based Learning program at Whitko Career Academy plans to feature a student each month.
