Elaine A. Burns, 76, Columbia City, died Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at home.

She was born Nov. 4, 1946. On March 1, 1969, she married Ralph Edward Burns, who survives.

She also is survived by her children, Tammy Maynard, Rhonda Rogers, Brian (Christina) Burns, Amy (David) Potts; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Liane (Larry) Creech; and brother, Larry Rumsyre.
