International Space Station Passes Over Warsaw

Warsaw resident Paul F. Schue Jr. provides this photo of the International Space Station passing over Warsaw around 8:57 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15. The streak of light in the bottom center shows the ISS’ trail. Schue labeled two constellations for reference and the Andromeda Galaxy, which is the closest galaxy to our Milky Way Galaxy.

WARSAW — Warsaw resident Paul F. Schue Jr. reports the International Space Station passed over Warsaw around 8:57 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15.
He noted the ISS was “traveling at 17,200 mph and at an altitude of 254 miles.”
