Robert “Bob” Holderbaum, 80, Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday evening, Sept. 12, 2023, at home.

He was born Jan. 5, 1943, in Goshen.

On Aug. 16, 2002, he married Deborah Sension in Colorado.

She survives along with his children: Brandi (John) Thornton, Fort Wayne; Margo Lewis, Lake City, Mich.; and Leandrea (Shawn) Lange, Elkhart; stepdaughter: Hilary Sension, Waynesville, Mo.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two siblings: Bonnie (Frank) Kahn, Leesburg; and Jack (Evelyn) Holderbaum, Syracuse.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a step-daughter: Andrea Stiles.
