Linda Smith, 57, Fort Wayne, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She was born May 15, 1966. On Dec. 12, 1987, she married David Smith Sr., who survives.

She also is survived by her daughter, Heather (Smith) Lardino, and her husband, Joshua; and son, David Smith Jr.

Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is handling arrangements.
