Kosciusko Human Resources Association Hosts Conference Sept. 29

WARSAW — Speaker Ron Lewis with the RSL Group is back by popular demand for two keynote sessions on Friday, Sept. 29, at the annual Kosciusko Human Resources Association conference.

The sessions, “Diversity: All Around Us” and “6G Self-Care System,” will provide participants skills to influence their workplaces, communities and personal relationships while also empowering mental health and self-care.
Lewis is the founder of Lewis Way Leadership Development. Lewis Way Leadership Development is a professional development and consulting firm that supports organizations and businesses to achieve workplace synergy and harmony.
Lewis graduated from Barry University with both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, graduated from Indiana Tech with his doctorate and recently graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a Master’s of Business Administration concentrating in marketing. After four years in the nonprofit industry, Lewis transitioned to higher education. He taught undergraduate and graduate collegiate courses, including managing human resources, leading change management, organizational development, and culture. He uses principles accompanied by stories from his experiences and research throughout his doctoral education. Lewis recently was appointed as the assistant professor and director of the marketing and sports management program at the University of Saint Francis.
Throughout the day, additional speakers will present on topics such as “We Can’t Keep Meeting Like This,” “Building Candidate Experiences to Attract Top Talent,” “Quiet Quitting” and more. The one-day conference is located at Christ Covenant Church in Winona Lake and will take place from 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. Friday, Sept. 29.
