Jacqueline DeHaven, 91, Columbia City, died at 4:25 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 2023, at The Waters, Columbia City.

She was born Oct. 15, 1931.

She is survived by her grandson, Robert (Liz) DeHaven, Graham, Ky.; five great-grandchildren; and special daughter, Sandy Fields.

DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, Columbia City, is handling arrangements.
