WARSAW — A Warsaw woman was recently arrested for allegedly threatening to push people down a flight of stairs.
Savanah Marie Ryan, 62, 2575 E. Center St., Warsaw, is charged with intimidation, a level 6 felony; and disorderly conduct, a class B misdemeanor.
On Aug. 9, Warsaw Police officers responded to a disturbance at a multi-unit residence involving Ryan, who was yelling and stomping her feet.
According to court documents, Ryan told officers she was stomping because she was upset residents were making noise when they walked down a hallway. As the conversation progressed, Ryan yelled at law enforcement, slammed a door, and refused to speak with officers.
Later that day, officers responded to another report involving Ryan threatening to push residents down a flight of stairs. A resident in the building said Ryan told her and other residents she would place tape in the hallway and would kill anyone who crossed the tape.
Ryan was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on Aug. 9.
