David G. Pafford, 71, Columbia City, died at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023, at Parkview Randallia Hospital, Fort Wayne.

He was born Oct. 17, 1951. His wife, Debra Schuchman, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sons, Rodney (Danielle) Schuchman, Brownsburg, Rick (Michael Bodtmann) Schuchman, Sanford, Fla., and Nick (Daniell) Schuchman, Columbia City; six grandchildren; and brother, Mack Pafford, Huntington.
