Esther “Violet” Blessing, 99, a native of Whitley County, died Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023.

She was born April 9, 1924. Her husband of 38 years, Richard Blessing, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda McKinley and Barbara McKinley; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.

Sheets & Childs Funeral Home, Churubusco, is handling arrangements.
