1 Transported After Crash South Of Syracuse

SYRACUSE — A lone occupant of a Chevrolet Impala was transported to Goshen Hospital following a crash on SR 13, south of Syracuse today, Aug. 15.
Turkey Creek Fire Territory was notified at approximately 7:14 a.m. of a vehicle crash at 9585 N. 700E. However, the crash was located at 10203 N. SR 13, in front of Man Cave Brewing.
Firefighters extricated the driver, who was then transported to Goshen Hospital with unknown injuries.
Initial information indicated the vehicle was southbound on SR 13, went off the west side of the road and struck the Man Cave Brewing sign.
Additional units responding were from Syracuse Police Department and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
- Damage was also evident on the passenger side.
- The Chevrolet Impala sustained extensive damage to the driver’s side.
