Kimberly Susan Frank, 59, rural Urbana, died at 11:02 a.m. Monday, Aug. 14, 2023, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

She was born April 15, 1964. On Sept. 21, 1986, she married Bryan S. Frank, who survives.

She also is survived by two children, Megan (Alex) Huiras and Brandon (Emily) Frank, both of Urbana; two grandchildren; mother, Lois Smith, Wabash; and two sisters, Lisa (Tom) Mathews, New Castle, and Tamara (Charles) Pardo, Zionsville.

Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash, is handling arrangements.
