GOSHEN — The Goshen Theater and Green Oaks of Goshen is presenting “Life Continues … Embrace the Change” at 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 20.

The event will focus on the changes that occur as people move through life. The keynote speaker is local author Tom Rose, who will discuss his book “Balloon in a Box, Coping with Grief” along with his son, Brock Rose. They will also talk about their experiences from more than 75 speaking engagements over the past year.

Several local businesses and nonprofit organizations will also be there to add their knowledge, experience and expertise to the discussion.

“Our goal is to provide attendees with the opportunity to take the next steps in embracing the change in their lives,” said Angela Wentz of Green Oaks of Goshen.

There is no charge for the event, and a reception will follow where people can talk with the speaker, sponsors and organizations that provide services and volunteer opportunities throughout the community.
