John O. Snyder, 79, LaFontaine, died at 10:35 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2023, at home.

He was born Sept. 5, 1943.

He is survived by Gaya (Nelson) Snyder; two sons, “Mitch” (Michelle) Snyder, Wabash, and Michael (Tiffany) Snyder, LaFontaine; two daughters, Heather Maxwell, Kouts, and Leslie Snyder, Lakeside Park, Ky.; eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

McDonald Funeral Home, LaFontaine, is handling arrangements.
