COLUMBUS — On Tuesday, July 25, the Minnesota-based ENT Partners LLC announced their acquisition of Southern Indiana ENT & Indianapolis Sinus Center, whose home base is in Columbus. The financial details of the acquisition have not been released.

Southern Indiana ENT has three locations in Columbus, Seymour and Franklin. The company is also responsible for the operation of the Indianapolis Sinus Center in Greenwood.

Southern Indiana ENT specializes in the treatment of ear, nose, throat, allergies and sleep disorders. Currently, the company is comprised of a team of two board-certified otolaryngologists, four advanced practice registered nurse practitioners, a physician’s assistant, an audiologist, and a board-certified hearing instrument specialist.

No jobs are expected to be negatively affected by the buy-out. The company is on track to see 10% employee growth annually.
