SYRACUSE — The third annual Chautauqua Phone Video Film Festival is set for Saturday, Aug. 5 at the Pickwick Theater, 108 W. Main St., Syracuse.

It’s free to attend, and starts at 10 a.m.

The Festival will showcase personal phone videos of people enjoying themselves while biking, boating, having fun on the water, or even just at home with their loved ones. Last year’s popular submissions included videos of pets having fun too, so don’t leave the fur babies out!

Cash prizes will be awarded for categories such as Best Dog Video, Best Kids Video, Best Tubing Fun, and more. The goal is to create a cool Syracuse community video.

The deadline for submitting videos is Friday, July 28.  Checkout their website for details under recreation..
