WINONA LAKE — Touch-a-Truck is set for tomorrow, July 15, in Winona Lake.

The Village at Winona’s free event is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. along East Canal Street and Auditorium Boulevard. There will be city trucks, construction machinery and more.

People also may try to dunk members of the Winona Lake Police and Street Departments in a tank.
