NOBLESVILLE — For the first time in over two decades, Farm Aid will grace central Indiana. Farm Aid will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, at Ruoff Music Center, 12880 East 146th Street, Noblesville.

Previously, Farm Aid was hosted by Indiana in 1990 and in 2001. In 1990, Farm Aid IV was hosted at the Hoosier Dome and Farm Aid 2001: A Concert for America was hosted just weeks after 9/11.
Notable headliners include Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews, Margo Price, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros featuring The Wolfpack, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, Lukas Nelson, Allison Russell, The String Cheese Incident and Particle Kid.
In addition to music, attendees will discover local flavors at Farm Aid’s Homegrown Concessions, a farm fresh menu featuring ingredients grown by local, family farmers. Attendees will also be able to experience hands-on exhibits, with topics ranging from soil, water, energy, food and farming.
Farm Aid held its debut concert in 1985. The goal was to bring heightened awareness about the struggles family farms face and to raise money to help sustain them. Since then, Farm Aid has raised more than $70 million to promote local family farms and agriculture programs.
