Steve Hope, Goshen Community Schools superintendent, announced his intention to retire, effective Monday, July 31. Hope was instrumental in guiding GCS through difficult and unprecedented times, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

An official statement will be made and sent to parents of GCS students via the communication system ParentSquare.

The Goshen Community School Board are evaluating options and thoroughly searching for the next superintendent. More details will be released in the upcoming weeks regarding an interim superintendent.

Hope served GCS as superintendent starting in 2020, before that he served as assistant superintendent.
