WARSAW — Lake City Bank has welcomed its summer intern class of 2023, which is made up of 26 students from local high schools and universities in Indiana, Illinois and Florida.

This year’s intern class includes five students who are returning for another summer at Lake City Bank. Interns work in areas around the bank to gain real-world experience and explore careers in financial services.

“We’re pleased to welcome this class of exceptional students to Lake City Bank,” said David M. Findlay, chief executive officer. “We look forward to learning from them, as they learn from us.”

The interns include:

Madison Dyck, corporate and institutional services intern, is a senior at Purdue University majoring in psychology. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Muhoja Lukuba, credit and commercial banking intern, is a senior at Ball State University majoring in finance with a minor in real estate development.

Michael Ray, credit and commercial banking intern, is a junior at DePauw University majoring in economics.

Madelyn Christman, loan review intern, is a junior at University of Notre Dame majoring in finance with a minor in sociology.

Lucy Shafer, corporate and institutional services intern, is a junior at Purdue University majoring in business mathematics with an accounting minor.

Neha Yadav, compliance and security intern, is in her final semester of graduate school at Purdue University studying business administration. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Lily Ault, retail banker intern, is a freshman at Ball State University and plans to major in finance.

Izzy Losee, retail banker intern, is a freshman at Southeastern University and plans to major in ministerial leadership with a focus in mission work and finance. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Lily Waters, retail banker intern, is a senior at Carroll High School.

Jericho Stichter, finance intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Caitlyn Patrick, retail banker intern, is a freshman at Indiana University and plans to major in accounting and statistics. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Audrey Grimm, credit and commercial banking intern, is a junior at Taylor University majoring in finance with a minor in data science.

Rubi Laud, electronic banking intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Makenna Smith, retail banker intern, is a sophomore at Olivet Nazarene University majoring in engineering. She’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Matt Lowman, marketing intern, is a senior at Indiana Wesleyan University majoring in marketing and business administration.

Liam Smith, credit and commercial banking intern, is a senior at the University of Notre Dame majoring in finance with a theology minor.

Brayden Jones, internal audit intern, is a junior at Indiana Wesleyan University majoring in accounting and finance.

Cam Jagger, marketing intern, is a senior at Huntington University majoring in management and marketing.

Aaron Berghoff, credit and commercial banking intern, is a senior at Purdue University majoring in agribusiness economics with a focus in finance. He’s returning for a second summer at Lake City Bank.

Ben Riggle, PC technician intern, is a junior at Ivy Tech Community College majoring in information technology support.

Anna Setlak, credit and commercial banking intern, is a junior in the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University majoring in finance.

Nathan Smoot, loan review intern, is a senior at Indiana University majoring in finance.

Dahna Frump, retirement services analyst intern, is a sophomore at Grace College majoring in accounting.

Luke Cooper, credit and commercial banking intern, is a senior at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis majoring in finance with a co-minor in real estate.

Ryan Brown, commercial loan operations intern, is a junior at Huntington University majoring in agribusiness with a focus in economics and finance.

Sam Blakely, retail banker intern, is a junior at Purdue University majoring in finance with a psychology minor.
