MIAMI — Fort Wayne ranked No. 7 on the 2023 list of best-run cities in America, published online by WalletHub, a personal finance website.

WalletHub said it analyzed the operating efficiency of 149 of the largest cities in America in order to create its list. The company constructed a quality of services score that it then measured against the city’s per-capita budget.
