AKRON — Registration is open for the Akron Las Donas Club’s Penny-a-Vote Cute Baby Contest.

Kids ages 0-3 may enter. The winners will be announced at 5:15 p.m. Sunday, July 2, at the Akron Community Center.

The deadline to enter is Tuesday, June 20, with people needing to mail in a form, found here, by then to Brittany Coughenour, 5859 W. 1400N, North Manchester, IN 46962, or dropping it off at the Akron Town Office, 206 W. Rochester St.

A $1 entry fee and two non-returnable pictures (same image no larger than 4×6) of entrants should also be turned in. Voting will be Thursday, June 22, through Saturday, July 1, at Lake City Bank in Akron.
