Kosciusko County

Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated the following accidents:

• 6:34 a.m. Thursday, June 8, West Crystal Lake Road and South CR 500W, Warsaw. Driver: Gregario Martinez-Ramos, 33, East CR 225S, Winona Lake; and Mylene Ford, 40, SR 331, Tippecanoe. Martinez Ramos’ vehicle pulled in front of Ford’s vehicle causing a collision between the two vehicles. Damage up to $25,000.
• 10:11 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, South SR 13 and South CR 600E, Warsaw. Driver: Rachel Neace, 40, South SR 13, Pierceton. Neace’s vehicle hit a deer. Damage up to $5,000.
• 9:38 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, East US 30 and North CR 900W, Pierceton. Driver: Kayla Peat, 35, Sea Pines Way, Fort Wayne. Peat’s car hit two deer. Damage up to $2,500.
• 6:12 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, West US 30 and North CR 650W, Warsaw. Drivers: Sarah Dille, 19, North Lincoln Park, Warsaw; and Travis McCoy, 42, West CR 575N, Etna Green. McCoy’s vehicle struck the back end of Dille’s vehicle causing it to spin out, roll two times and go backwards into a ditch. Dille’s passengers and Dille were checked out by medics on scene. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

• 4:45 p.m. Thursday, June 8, East Frontage Road and East Eastlake Drive, Warsaw. John Shepherd, 31, Stardale Drive, Fort Wayne. Shepherd’s brakes locked up and caused him to lose control of his vehicle, with it hitting a curb and a light post. Damage up to $5,000.
