Educational Program: Mindfulness For Healthy Aging

ELKHART COUNTY — Learn the definition of mindfulness and how the different types of mindfulness techniques can be beneficial as we age. This program will cover the implementation process of mindfulness and how it can improve your brain and heart health.
Join Purdue University for this free educational program presented by Emily Christ, Purdue University Extension Educator in Health & Human Sciences in Elkhart County. This program is being offered 1 p.m. Thursday, June 29, at the Owls Club, 2715 E. Jackson Blvd., Elkhart.
