Titus Funeral Home Invites Public To Tour Renovated North Webster Facility On June 3
News Release
NORTH WEBSTER — Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services recently updated the facilities at its North Webster funeral home, formerly Owen Family Funeral Home, and is inviting the community to tour the renovated location.
The community is welcome to stop by between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, June 3, at the Titus Funeral Home – Owen Chapel, 8056 E. 500N, North Webster.
Several local businesses and community resources will also be present to share products and information with those in attendance.
The day’s events will open with a ribbon cutting with the North Webster-Tippecanoe Chamber of Commerce.
Light refreshments will be provided, along with giveaways to area businesses. Some of the community partners that the funeral home works with regularly and that will be present include: Sue’s Creations, Stillwater Hospice, Allison & Associates Medicare Advisors, Tippecanoe Township trustee and American Legion Post 253.
The funeral home underwent an interior renovation over the past several months, including new furniture, fixtures and flooring.
“The goal of the renovation was to lighten the mood, to make the space more homelike so that the families we work with can focus on fellowship and grieving in a comfortable environment,” said owner and funeral director Cory Benz. “We’ve worked to bring some of the outdoors into the space and to reflect the lake communities we serve while making the space more comfortable for all who come through our doors.”
In addition to the North Webster location, Titus Funeral Home serves families at locations in Warsaw and Syracuse. In addition to funeral services, other services provided include headstones, pre-planning of funerals and cremation. In fact, the Titus team owns Kosciusko County’s only crematory.
“Having the area’s only crematory, reserved for the families we serve, means that your loved one never leaves our care,” said Benz. “We strive to honor traditional values while bringing needed updates to the funeral process. We just want to give every family every opportunity, a nice facility, and be able to offer whatever they want. We try to adapt with what’s changing and are also very proud of our exclusive Life Celebrations, which you can see snippets of on Saturday.”
No RSVP is required for the tour of the North Webster facility. For more information, visit the website at titusfuneralhome.com or call (574) 834-1200.
