PIERCETON — A Pierceton man was recently arrested after an undercover drug deal.

Martin Charles Mulder Jr., 39, 3104 E. Wooster Road Lot 59, Pierceton, is charged with dealing a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony; possession of a narcotic drug, a level 6 felony; dealing a narcotic drug, a level 4 felony; and possession of a narcotic drug, a level 5 felony.

Sometime in February, the NET 43 Drug Task Force purchased 0.49 grams of fentanyl, a narcotic drug, from Mulder.

Mulder has prior convictions for dealing a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and theft. He also currently has a pending theft case in Allen County.

Mulder was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on May 16.
