Troy Russell Duty, 62, Mentone, died at 4:20 a.m. Sunday, May 21, 2023, at his sister’s residence.

He was born Aug. 22, 1960.

He is survived by his sisters, Georgena (William) Lewis, Mentone, and Tammie (George) Roush, Warsaw; brother, Charles Neuman, Goshen; and stepbrothers, Roy Fields and Larry Neuman.
